Kitchen/Dining

• All major appliances are included:

  • A fridge with an ice maker and filtered water.

  • An electric convection range.

  • A dishwasher.

• The kitchen has a large assortment of small appliances including a toaster, stand mixer, waffle maker, kettle, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, and more... 

• The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, baking, and dining. 

• A selection of pantry items and spices are provided.

• A large farmhouse style table that seats 8 comfortably with more seating at the kitchen island.

Bedrooms

• Primary Bedroom: has a queen bed with a medium firm mattress, a walk-in closet, and a 65" Smart Television (bring your own streaming services - no cable)

• Second Bedroom: has a queen bed with a medium firm mattress and a 50" Smart Television (bring your own streaming services - no cable).

• Third Bedroom: has 2 twin bunk beds with firm mattresses.  Please note: the upper bunks can support no more than 150 pounds.

• All bedrooms have extra blankets and pillows available for use.

• Extra linens are available in the linen closet.

Bathrooms

• Primary En Suite: has a stand-up shower and two sinks.

• Main Bathroom: has a tub and shower combo and one sink.

• Towels are provided for the duration of the stay.

• Please use the designated make-up towels for make-up removal, if required.

• Beach Towels provided for the beach.

Outdoor

• 500 square foot deck with ocean and beach views.

• Outdoor furniture for lounging dining.

• Parking for 2 cars.

• Outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

• Beach equipment and lawn games are in the shed.

• Firepit and fire making supplies including wood for a few fires are provided.

Disclosures / Rules

• The final kilometer of road leading to SSH is clay/gravel.

• SSH is not pet-friendly due to allergies of the owner.

• Smoking (tobacco, marijuana, and vaping) is prohibited on the property.

• Guests may have up to 10 visitors but they are not permitted to stay overnight.

• Noise must not be at a level that may disturb the neighbours.

• The Barachois Beach is open to the public and, on hot days, may have cars parked on the road in front of SSH.

• There are two cameras monitoring the exterior SSH.  They do not have a view to the interior of the house.

  • One at the main entrance.

  • One at the entrance to the great room from the front deck.
